CeboArt Pozzolano: mineral coating based on lime putty and selected marble powders, offering high breathability and resistance to mold and bacteria. The product allows for the creation of various effects and finishes such as Burnished, Travertine, Rustic, or Concrete, all characterized by a matte appearance and the distinctive speckled texture of river sand.
CeboFix R: white pigmented breathable primer based on acrylic resin and quartz.
CeboFix K: transparent primer based on styrene-acrylic resin for interiors, designed to regulate the absorption of the substrate.
CeboSil: water-based, acrylic-siloxane protective finish that is breathable and water-repellent, with a matte appearance. CeboSil, diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio, is applied in one coat with a brush and smoothed with a synthetic sponge, moving from bottom to top to avoid drips. For more durable surfaces, a second coat of CeboSil can be applied.
CeboMika: special additive made from natural mica flakes that, when added to CeboArt Pozzolano, creates elegant points of light in the finish. It is available in Silver, Gold, Bronze, and Black tones, in 25 and 100 ml containers.
Surface Preparation
For crumbly substrates, patching, or partial repairs, apply the transparent acrylic fixer CeboFix M in one coat with a brush, diluted 1:1 with water. After proper substrate preparation, apply CeboFix R in one or two coats, until full coverage is achieved, using a short-pile roller, previously diluted 20-30% with water.
Application on Plasterboard
If differences in absorption and color appear at the joints of plasterboard panels after the first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano, apply one coat of CeboFix K with a brush, diluted 1:2 with water. After approximately 6 hours, apply the second coat of CeboArt Pozzolano.
Lamato effect Application Cycle: On a properly prepared substrate, apply the first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano with a stainless steel trowel using cross-hatched strokes. After drying, apply the second coat, compacting the product more or less depending on the desired final effect (more or less closed). If the product becomes too dry, lightly mist the surface with water.
Lamato effect with CeboMika Application Cycle: On a properly prepared substrate, apply the first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano as described above. After drying, mix CeboMika with CeboArt Pozzolano and proceed with the application of the second coat.
Travertino effect Application Cycle: Apply the first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano with a stainless steel trowel in a smoothing technique. After drying, apply the second coat with a uniform thickness of 1-2 mm. While the product is still wet, work the surface with the appropriate CeboSign tool (12x12 cm) to create the characteristic veins of Travertine. For a more natural effect, work the surface irregularly, avoiding repetitive patterns. Before complete drying, smooth the surface with the trowel, slightly flattening the raised areas. If the product becomes too dry, lightly mist the surface with water.
Rustico effect Application Cycle: Apply the first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano with a stainless steel trowel, leaving the surface irregular. After drying, apply the second coat in a non-uniform manner, leaving partially uncovered areas. When the product starts to lighten in the areas with less thickness, compact the product with the trowel, lightly misting the surface with water.
